At Hajma Hit, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products. Due to the nature of health and hygiene products, please read our refund and return terms carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is missing items

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

  • A request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The seal is broken or packaging is tampered

  • The product was ordered incorrectly by the customer

  • You did not like the taste, smell, or personal results

  • The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery

Please note: Ayurvedic products may show different results for different individuals based on body type, lifestyle, and health condition.


3. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI

Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.


4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item is defective or missing

Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days.


6. Return Request Process

  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


7. Right to Refuse

Hajma Hit reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if:

  • The product has been used or opened

  • The claim is found to be invalid

  • Incorrect or misleading information is provided


8. Effectiveness Disclaimer

As Hajma Hit products are Ayurvedic wellness supplements, results may vary from person to person. Refunds will not be issued based on individual product effectiveness.
